How to Return an Order
You can return a full or partial order within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:

- Receive Return Label:
- After contacting us, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions.
- Include Freebies:
- If returning a full order, ensure that any free items (e.g., gifts or promotional items) included in your original package are returned as well.
Refund Process
To qualify for a refund, the parcel must be unopened. Follow these steps:
- Request a Return Label:
- Use our contact form to request a return label. Be sure to log in to your account and select the order number associated with the parcel you want to return.
- Ship the Parcel:
- Attach the return label to the parcel and follow the provided instructions.
- Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process your refund.
- If a refund to your original payment method is not possible, we may request your bank details.
- Refunds for payments made via Bitcoin or cash in an envelope will only be issued through bank transfer.
Note: Refund processing may take between 1 to 3 weeks.
Reporting Issues with Your Order
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please follow these steps within one week of delivery:
- Contact our Customer Support team using the contact form, ensuring you are logged in and referencing the correct order number.
- Provide a photo of the parcel contents along with a note showing the order number.
Damaged Items
If any items in your order are damaged during delivery, here’s what to do:
- Contact Support:
- Email our support team or use the contact form. Make sure to log in to your account and reference the order with damaged items.
- Provide Evidence:
- Send a clear photo of the damaged item along with a piece of paper displaying the order number.
- Evaluate Product:
- Products with a sealed package must not be opened unless necessary to assess damage. Returns may be declined or incur charges if the product’s value is diminished.
Important Notes
- The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after your parcel is delivered.
- Returns without prior notification may not be reimbursed. If you return a product without informing us, we may request a tracking code as proof before issuing a refund.
- Refunds include the original shipping costs unless the return was made without notification.
- Return Shipping Costs: These will not be reimbursed if the return is made without prior approval.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- Cash in Envelope: Refunded via cash in envelope (at the customer’s risk).
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to your bank account.
- Credit Card: Refunded to your card (or via bank transfer if more than 30 days have passed since payment).
- Bitcoin: Refunded via bank transfer.
Exclusions
- Products with opened sealed packaging are not eligible for returns or refunds under the right of withdrawal.
- Returns of damaged products may be declined if the damage is deemed to have occurred due to improper handling after delivery.
