You have the right to return your full or partial order within 14 days after receiving it. Please contact us using the contact form in our website or by sending an email to info@ikpharmacy.com. Then we will send you a return label along with the instructions on how to proceed. If you are returning a full order please note that any freebies included in the original order should be returned as well.
Can I get a refund if requested?
To get a refund, you will have to send back your un-opened parcel. See below the steps you need to follow:
-Contact Customer Support using our contact form to request a Return Label; make sure you are logged in and choose the order number corresponding to the parcel you wish to return
-Stick the Return Label to the parcel and follow the instructions on it.
-Once we receive your returned parcel we will process your refund – we may need to ask you about your bank details as -sometimes it is not possible to refund your card; Bitcoins and Cash in Envelope will be refunded only by bank transfer, however it is not compulsory for us to use Bank Transfer
Please, bear in mind that providing a refund may take between 1 and 3 weeks.
How do I report a missing item?
If you have received your order and there are any missing items please follow the steps below:
-Contact our Customer Support using the contact form within one week from delivery. Make sure you are logged in and choose the order number that you have received uncompleted.
-A picture of the parcel showing the content and your order number written on a piece of paper will be required.
What if i receive a damaged item?
Sometimes orders are damaged during the delivery. If there are any damaged items in your orders, please do as per below:
-Please send us an email to get in touch with our Support Team. Please ensure that you are logged into your account and you are referring to the order with damaged items.
-Our team will ask you to send a picture that clearly shows the damaged item and a piece of paper with the order number.
-It is permitted to open a product unless the package is sealed. In case you have done more than the absolutely necessary to just evaluate the product, the return might be declined or you might or you may be charged for any loss in value.
-The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day when the parcel was delivered.
Alternatively, you can return the product by sending us a message on this email info@ikpharmacy.com. Please note that any return costs will not be reimbursed if the product is returned without prior notification.
After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned the product without prior notification, we may request a tracking code as proof of return before the reimbursing the payment.
Refunds will be issued as per below:
-Cash in envelope – Cash in envelope at the risk of the customer
-Bank transfer – Bank transfer
-Credit card – Credit card (or bank transfer if more than 30 days have passed since initial payment)
-BitCoin– Bank transfer
